Returns

Final Sale Policy: 

Due to the discounted nature of our merchandise, the majority of  sales at Overstock Boutiques are final. We carefully inspect all items before listing them and strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos.

Exceptions:

We understand that occasional issues may arise. We will accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival (e.g., ripped seams, broken zippers), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily offer a store credit or exchange it for the same item (if available) upon verification of the damage or defect. You will be responsible for shipping items back to us and we will take care of the item being shipped back to you.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at overstockboutiques@gmail.com within the timeframe specified above.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets the return criteria, we will process your store credit within 7 business days. 

Please note: We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria, are not received within the specified timeframe, or show signs of wear or damage beyond what would be expected during normal trying-on.
